FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping is available to all customers on purchases over $80.
Any free shipping offers are limited to Australian based customers only.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated within the shopping cart based on the weight of the items you order. Please note the weight ranges used for calculating postage costs include an allowance (approx 50g) for the weight of the packaging.
Tracking numbers are sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy (US)
Important Note: Only US orders are available for returns at this time. We aren’t accepting returns from orders outside of the US.
ONLY ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE US
The Chicc will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Our return processing time is 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Return auth number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders - Return on the site).
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
- Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.

RETURN POLICY (AUSTRALIA)
The Chicc does not offer returns for orders outside of the US, however we do offer a store credit to all orders outside of the US as long as it meets our store credit criteria.
STORE CREDIT
The Chicc offers a store credit to all customers outside of the US as a way of a "return Policy". If you receive a faulty, incorrect or damaged item we ask that you contact us within 7 days of item being received to meet our criteria to be eligible for a store credit.
We ask that you kindly keep the item purchased.
STORE CREDIT CRITERIA
If you have received an item of clothing that is Faulty, Incorrect, or damaged please contact us at thechiccc@outlook.com including clear photos of the item, SKU stickers and tags.
The store credit has to be claimed within the first 7 days of the item being received, if it is outside of this window we will not be able to offer a store credit.
The Chicc does not offer store credits to orders that are an incorrect size, colour or style.
